Step 1 — Cancel Your Subscription
Via website (most common):
- Log in at ourdream.ai
- Profile avatar → Profile Settings → Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm
- Access continues to billing period end; no refunds
Via Google Play:
Open Play → Profile → Subscriptions → OurDream AI → Cancel Subscription
Via App Store:
Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Cancel
Via email:
[email protected] — include account email and cancellation request
Community note: if you subscribed via the website and also have an accidental app store subscription, cancel both independently. They are billed separately.
Step 2 — Spend Your Remaining DreamCoins
